Statements are only downloadable if the closing balance is from the current distribution period.
Statements will be available in CSV and PDF if the closing balance relates to the current distribution period.
If your balance is outside of the distribution period and has been brought forward from a previous distribution then we are currently in the process of importing this data that relates to these amounts into the royalties section of your account.
Once imported you will be able to view where the royalties were generated.
