Your account ID is located on your PDF and CSV statements.
To find your Sentric Account ID please either download a copy of your PDF royalty statement. You will find the ID listed at the top following your account name, it will start - 'SEN####'
Or if you have received an email to let you know a royalty payment is ready then your ID will be included on that email.
