If you forgot your password or if you need to reset it, you can do this before logging in.
On the login page, click on the link 'Forgot password?' below the login button.
Fill out and confirm your email address, then click on the 'submit' button. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. Check your mailbox and click on that link. Choose a new password, type it in twice, then click on the 'next' button to log into your account.
