How can I change the stored payment details associated with my account?

Changing your stored payment details.

In the weeks leading up to the next distribution period you will receive an email from our Royalties team with the option to update your payment details via the Payment Form. If you would prefer to update your details before then, please contact your Client Manager or support@sentricmusic.com and our team will be able to advise.

IMPORTANT - It is vital that any changes to your previously stored payment details are done at least one week before the upcoming distribution. If new details are submitted after this time, we may not be able to make the required changes to the prepared payments in time for the nearest distribution.
