'Signed Songwriter Agreement' is an agreement between you and a rights holder(s) in which you acquired an ownership interest (or right to collect publishing income) in any and all Work(s) of the rights holder(s), whether via songwriter agreements, co-publishing agreements, asset purchase, and sale agreements or the like.
